At DR SLEEP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Our Returns Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be  unused and in the same condition that you received it.

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact us at orders@drsleep.store with your order number and the reason for your return.

Step 2: We'll send you return instructions and a returns authorization number within 24 hours.

Step 3: Pack your item securely in its original packaging and include your returns authorization number.

Step 4: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Step 5: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
